Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing or using Milestride ("the App") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, sublicense, sell or distribute the App except as expressly permitted by law.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you create in the App (activity titles, photos, comments). By posting public content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the App to other users you have chosen to share with.

You agree not to post content that:

• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Is illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory or obscene
• Contains spam, malware or commercial solicitation
• Impersonates another person
• Reveals others' precise location without consent

We may remove content that violates these rules at our discretion.

5. Reporting & moderation

You can report objectionable content or block a user from within the App. We commit to reviewing flagged content within 24 hours and removing content that violates these Terms.

6. Milestride+ subscription

Milestride+ is an optional paid subscription that unlocks AI Coach, advanced training plans, segments and other premium features.

• Pricing: ฿199 / month or ฿1,490 / year, billed through your App Store or Google Play account.
• Trial: A free trial may be offered to new subscribers. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. The renewal charge applies within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from your App Store / Play Store subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its content (excluding user-generated content), trademarks and designs are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Health & safety disclaimer

Milestride helps you record and analyse fitness activities. It is not a medical device. Heart rate, calorie and pace figures are estimates. Do not rely on the App for medical decisions.

Be aware of your surroundings when recording — do not use the App while operating a vehicle or in dangerous environments.

9. Third-party services

The App integrates with third-party services (Apple Health, Garmin, Strava, Mapbox, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a pro-rata refund for the current subscription period.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws apply otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
